chest - 2 inches
waist - 3.5 inches
hip - 2 inches
thigh - 1.5 inches
fighting puffiness from water retention this week... never realized how easily my body water retained water till the last few weeks when I've been paying attention, lol. Seeing inches lost makes me feel tons better

nope not starving at all. I am having some challenges some days with eating enough when I exercise,.. but I'm working on that. Most days though I keep my minimum calories around 1300.. my trainer wants me up at 1500 lowest so I'm going to work on that as well.
now to keep beating down the naggy little voice in the back of my head that tries to get me to eat too little and still tries to convince me that eating back exercise calories is not right. I know that voice/perspective is wrong... but boy is that voice loud some days when it gets going, lol0
