Hello everyone :) I first joined couple of months ago and lost 4 lbs. stopped using it and gained 10 :sad: so now im not just using the calorie counter as of today I have just also done 45min's zubma cardio workout... and im feeling really positive, and sweaty.. eeewwww, must dash a nice hot well earned shower beckons:love:

    Hello :), i was in the same position. I think that by keeping on with it, it makes you want to do it more because of your goals. I love how you can see the calorie counter and when you add your exercise in to it, you almost feel really bad if you have gone over the designated amount. I think it helps a lot and makes you feel a lot more healthy.
