I need some suggestions of a heart rate monitor that won't break my very small budget. How much should I expect to have to pay for one and what should I be looking for? Thanks so much!!!

I was walking around the sporting good section at Kmart yesterday as my daughter searched endlessly for "foundation" in cosmetics. I saw one for $30. I don't think it had a chest strap, so it probably goes by the pulse on the wrist. If I didn't already have a rock solid HRM, I mighta tried it :)
