Motivation needed!

Hi! I have always been a petite person, and growing up, I was always "tiny;" but it seems as soon as I had kids, and then hit 40, it became harder and harder to maintain my weight while maintaining my eating lifestyle! I am at the high end of "healthy" for my height in weight and BMI. I have a VERY hectic life, with 2 kids, work, volunteer work, and husband and home. I love to snack, and have always been a "grazer" as far as my eating personality. I am struggling to figure out the best way for me to lose weight, feel better, and just eat healthier! My goal is to lose 8 to 15 pounds. I am 5 feet tall, so every 5 pounds or so enables me to lose a "size" in my clothes. I am restricting myself to about 1200 calories a day, and have been for about 2 weeks now. Any helpful insight, suggestions, recipes, etc., is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!

I have two kids also and the hubby but it does get crazy with work and family life. As we get older it's harder to loose. Keeping track of the calories and your exercise works. Try to eat a good low calorie breakfast include fruits if you can. Have healthy snacks in between meals. Lots of water. I eat a smartones for dinner. I work out 5 days a week. So far this is working. I hope I can keep going my goal is 20 lbs. I lost so far 7lbs in 3 weeks.0
