I honestly would just use the P90X excel spread sheet to track your workouts.

Otherwise you have to input every exercise one by one into MPF. Not a very good way to track it.

Since everyone is different....You will need to get a HRM 'Heart Rate Monitor' - if you want to track your progress burn...

if u have a heart rate monitor, go to exercise, then it says at the top of it create exercise or my exercise, and u can enter in how long, what it was and then u can also add how many cals u burned. if u dont, then use the circuit training options and just put how many min u went for.

Yes I track my P90x exercise on here, correct its not in the system so you have to create it. When putting it into the system, you will have a saying..not into the system......scroll down to the bottom and click create your own workout (or something like that) and there you have it...once you have them all in the system, you'll just need to change your calories burned, good luck my friend

What kind of HRM monitor do you have?
