Urban Jungle Workout

So today was a dreary, rainy, icky day and I couldn't get outside to exercise so I used my stumble toolbar to find something I could do for an indoor workout. (Love my stumble toolbar...highly recommend it!!)

Found this Urban Jungle Workout. It was something out of the ordinary, required no equipment and the best part I had a fabulous workout and sweat my butt off!

1. 8 minutes of warm up...I ran up and down the stairs for this
2. 1 minute of squats
3. 1 minute of push ups
4. 1 minute of reverse lunges
5. 1 minute of chair dips
6. 2 minutes of cardio.... I jumped rope for a minute and then 1 minute of jumping jacks
7. 1 minute of abs
8. 30 second break

Then repeat steps 2 to 8 three times.

I enjoyed it so much I had to share it with you all.
