Ok I have love handles... What excersis would you recommend me to do? Please help They need to go away

    When I was doing the Zumba DVDs...they melted off! It was awesome! :). And they have a 20 minute AB DVD that will really get them going!

    I'd go with alot of Cardio and ab work. Even hip hop abs,it's a fun way to burn calories,incorporates both cardio and ab work in your routine

    Sit ups are a great start. Don't just do them to the front go side to knee too. Good luck.

    Lol, I know, revolutionary thinking, but just remember: your body doesn't target specific fat when you work out, so cardio will burn it where ever it finds it, but it'll also burn protein, carbs, and pretty much anything it can get its hands on. Focus on an all around work out and it'll happen. It won't happen today, this week, or next week, but it's a start.


    Remember: There's no magic pill. Only consistant work.

  • Not really encouraging but you cant pick and choose where the weight comes off. The best thing to do is cardio to burn away the fat in general...if this is where you tend to carry weight, it will probably the last area to get in shape. Ab exercises work some but first you have to burn the fat off to be able to see it

    This. You can never pick where it comes off - it'll come off from wherever it wants! Your overall body fat needs to drop down before you'll get rid of them entirely. Hard word & dedication! :smile:
