I love some of the biggest losers workouts. I haven't done turbo jam yet.

I like to vary it up a lot. Racquetball, volleyball, weight lifting, running, bike riding, and some hiking in the summer. I think trying a lot of different forms of exercise is key to really liking it

Walking/jogging mostly...can't quite jog the whole thing yet. Playing marathon rounds of Just Dance with my kids;) Biggest Looser and Leslie Sansone videos. Oh, sometimes when I am doing random exercises like crunches, push-ups...yadayada, my 4yr old will decide to be my personal trainer. He comes up with the exercise and we do 20reps each. Some of the things he comes up with are DANG HARD-LOL!

I do my living room workouts while the husband is putting the daughter to bed... except HIIT/MRT days when we both go after she's asleep.

He get his Cardio and Parkour in while she's napping.

I do various aerobics classes throughout the week. If I can't get to the gym, I do Bob Harper's kettlebell workout DVDs (Cardo Shred and Sculpted Body). Kettlebell workouts are my new fav--you can burn a TON of calories in an hour, and all you need is a bit of floor space and one kettlebell (I like the contoured kind used in the DVDs). I like to do a kettlebell workout if I know I'm going out to eat (let's face it, even though you may choose a healthy meal at a restaurant, it's still probably more calories and fat than someonething you prepare at home).

I do a lot of Beachbody programs. I'm taking it easy until my toe heals but I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme and a little bit of Brazil Butt Lift. Soon I'll be doing the P90X and INSANITY THE ASYLUM hybrid and working with my personal trainer 2 days a week. I'm taking it to the next level!!

3 nights a week i'm walking/jogging on the treadmill 5k in 45mins (that is my goal but i don't always make it) and weight machines for 20-30mins. I have a Jillian Michaels video that I'm actually starting to do again tonight. It kicked my butt last time I tried but i'm thinking i'll do a bit better this go.

I’ve done a lot of dvd stuff like p90x, insanity, chalean, shredder…….. They are all great but lately I’ve been trying to drop weight while gaining muscle and losing body fat. For about two months I’ve been doing exercise routines called tabatas. They are short high intensity work outs I can finish in only 16 minutes. Using these exercises as the staple to my workout plan I lost about 15 lbs, 7% of my body fat, gained 4 lbs of muscle from my Feb-Apr bod pod measurements. Google tabata if you are up to an exercise protocol that will test you but get results quick.
