need help to lose last 15lbs

I have been struggling for last 1 yr to achieve my goal but have not been able to do it.Finally I got so frustrated that I gave up and gained 5 lbs.Can someone help me with this?

    Sometimes all you have to do is stick to it. Keep doing your workouts and watching what you eat and it will come. If that doesn't work try boosting up or changing your workout. Our bodies get used to the workouts we do and start to adjust. If that still doesn't work then maybe you have hit your bodies ideal weight. I had a conversation with my doctor and he said that just because we are told that we have to be a certain weight because of our height just isn't true. Our body knows what our ideal weight should be.

    Hi,
    I just started my journey in losing wight.
    All I can say is Cal in - Cal out = losing wight......
    I try to run 4 time a week, that helps increase the Cal out.

    We did not gain wight in one day, and we are not going to lose it in one day...stay healthy.
