have lost 2 lbs and gained 2 lbs for the past ...but have finally really committed to the eating and am exercizing every day now. i have high hopes for next check in!

I'm really happy with the 2 pounds I lost in the first week, but for some reason today I am soooo hungry:grumble: I seem to have a bottomless pit, can't get enough in my mouth. I just keep putting fruit and water, let's see if this passes....0
