I haven't measured my chest in a while (mostly because it's the last place I want to lose inches lol), but I always measure with no bra...as long as you stick to the same thing (always on, or always off), you'll be able to better assess your progress over time.0

I do it in a nicely fitting (no push-up or padding) bra. Breastfeeding two babies and all the weight I have lost I just won't go there without, lol...0

I measure without any bra0

When taking chest measurements wearing a well fitting but unpadded bra is best...no sports bra tho, that squishes them a bit0

i make a point of wearing the same bra for all my measurements. in fact, when i shrink out of the bra i wear now, i'm gonna buy a smaller one in the same brand and style, just for the consistency.0

I haven't measured but I bought me a new bra today because the one I had on was just too big now. I lost a whole size. went from a 38 D to a 36 C.... Sadness!0

I know don't you wish we would lose that in our waist other then the chest...thats the one place I like the measurement..lol0 -

Should be a comfortable fitting bra...no wires, no padding. Go without for best results. Don't forget to measure your chest above your breasts, under your arms, then measure around the fullest part of your breast. Two different numbers.0

I was just thinking about this today. I measure a Curves, so I have a sports bra on because I am there to workout. But I always make sure to have the same one on measurement day.0

No bra. Gravity previous weight-loss, and childbirth has affected the “postion” of the bulk of my tissue and my bras are great illusion artists.0

I measure without.... Though I'm considering stopping measuring..... 40% of the inches I have lost have been from my bust!!!!!! (Only 12 inches from all over- arms, legs, waist, hips, and chest.....AND I lost a few sizes prior to that because of weaning prior to MFP!!!! Though I like to "keep it real", even a lift might not do it for me..... Very sad..... Only 10 pounds and over 4 inches off my chest!!!!:sad:0

Ugh, I'm too afraid to measure there. I took after my dad's side of the family and all the women are smaller in that department...I'm going to be very sad to see my C's go bye bye. :sad:0
