100 Workout...Oh My this is harder than it looks...

Do 100 jumping jacks.
Do 90 crunches
Do 80 squats
Do 70 leg lifts
Do 60 jumping jacks
Do 50 crunches
Do 40 squats
Do 30 leg lifts
Do 20 jumping jacks
Run/walk for 10 minutes

    What do u mean by leg lifts, I am interested in doing this but i am not sure what u mean by that? do u mean like high kicks?

    I did a modification on this today:

    100 jumping jacks
    90 crunches
    80 squats
    70 leg lifts (70 lifts each leg)
    60 jumping jacks
    50 crunches
    40 squats
    30 leg lifts
    20 push ups
    15 tricep dips
    10 push ups
    5 minute jog in place to start and finish

    Took me 26:30 Super awesome workout. Everyone should try something like this. :-)

    I still dont understand the leg lifts...do u mean like jane fonda side lifts? or standing up kicking the air?

    Might give this a try as my gym is closed on a Sunday and it is quite cold outside... thank for posting :)

    eta: I think for leg lifts you can lie flat on the floor, put your hands under your pelvis, and lift your legs straight up... good to work the abs

    Wow, I might try. But you do need to clarify leg lifts. There is few and I personally would go for the one for abs, but I could be wrong.

    Do you have to do this all at once or can it be spread out over the day?? I think I can only just manage 20 jumping jacks, never mind 100!!!!
