    Hi. I'm still kinda new here, in WA, USA, but I am often up all night, like last night. Worked for 5 hours, came home, ate (too much) got on computer, and fell asleep sitting up in bed with the lights on at 6:30 pm! Woke up 12:30 am today, and been up ever since. Have not slept well the 7 months I've been here. Contributes to weight gain.
