Hi Everyone!

I was basicly wondering if anyone could help me and either give me some suggestions or name some places i can find some strength/toning exercises!

I want exercises that specialise in just one thing, i.e. legs. Im looking for all kinds of areas but i dont want multi movements - if that makes any sense

Anyways, thanks

I lay on the floor on my side and do leg raises with my leg extended out and i turn over and do the other leg. Then i do the same exercise again but this time with my legs bent. Then i take my leg that is on the floor and raise it up and down, that works the inner thighs. I also got the little exercise thing called "Magic Leg", to do exercises with my legs on, it works.

If you have a Wii or PS3 , you can get Netflix to stream through those systems. We have the Wii, there are all kinds of workout videos on there. It is the Crunch series. I have been doing the Total Resculpt. It is awesome, its cardio and weight training alltogether.

You could get some good books - 'The new rules of lifting for women' goes through all the main exercises; and talks a lot about technique and gives great routienes! (This is what I use)

You could also google what you are looking for and then look at youtube to see good examples of the technique! I do this too!

I know its can be a bit costly, but it would be worthwhile investing in a few Personal Training sessions to give you a good overview and to make sure the way you are doing the exercises is safe and you won't damage yourself!

I also watch the weightlifters, one because it can a nice experience and two because you can pick up tips, and in my experience they are always really keen to talk to you about what they are doing and help you with you form
