HI, Im a newbie :)

Hello just started on this. I have lost 10 lbs so far on my own before a friend told me about this. I have like 40-50 more lbs to go and hope I can do it and be patient with it.. I guess as long and I go down 1 or more lbs I must be happy and not down.. Any help and advice is welcome

Welcome. If you log on every day and are honest on your food diary you'll loose all you need. Eat healthy and stay within your suggested calorie range. Drink a lot of water and make healthy choices. Enter your food before you eat it so you can see if it is the best you can do. If not make another choice. Remember to leave yourself enough calories and carbs for the whole day and you will not be inclined to go over.0

Check out the forums. There are a lot of ideas for meals, support groups for motivation, exercise groups and a lot of miscellaneous other things going on.
My only advice is to post everything you eat even on bad days and to realize it take time to change what you have been doing so far in your life.
