Two songs that manage to get me moving are Girlfriend by Avril Levine and Tik Tok by Kesha. The beats are impossible not to at least tap your foot to.

Walt, you crack me up!!! Seriously though, that one probably would make you feel like running!!

I just got this new album off of itunes. Well worth the $11.99. It is called Best of 2010 Workout Mix. It is a nonstop 60 minute album with all it's songs over 130bpm. I love it because it gets you motivated to get moving and it keeps you going with the beat when you want to quit. Check it out!

I would say 'Don't Stop Me Now' by Queen...good rythym for jogging and a really energising song. Also...really corny but would be a good laugh to have the Rocky theme tune...you'll have the biggest smile while you're running then! Good luck with the exercise.
  • Anything from Britney spears' new album does it for me. And daft punk, kesha, katy perry, cascada, and avril lavigne
  • Fix You - Coldplay
    Grenade - Bruno Mars

Girlfriend is my go to when I'm feeling like I can't go on, something about it just pushes me further! Under Pressure by Queen is a good one, I have a workout mix of Stronger by Kayne West which is a great anthem. Oh Saya by AR Rahman and MIA (off the Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack) and Go Speed Racer Go by Ali Dee and the Deekompressors.

Black Eyed Peas - Pump It / Album - Monkey Busines
