I just starting running, walk 3 and run 1. I joined a running club that is for 2 days a week and its doing me very well but at the same time its also taking alot of energy from me. I eat well and eat back my calories but I also want to get better at it. So my question is should I run more often or run a few days a week so my body can get use to it?

Do you eat before you run? I totally recommend eating about an hour before a run. Your body will get used to the running eventually, believe me!

When I started running, I ran 2 days on, 1 day off. I started with 1 mile walk, 1 mile run. Then 1 mile walk, 1.5 miles run...etc. I'm now at .5 mile walk, 2 miles running, .5 mile walk, 2 miles running to equal 5 miles. I can't run 5 miles straight yet, but I'm getting there. Just build up your running length or time and you'll be able to run the whole time! It takes practice. I usually day a day off from running after running 2 day in a row though
