Morning! I only dropped 0.6lb from last week but actually on Wednesday I was 137! Stupid TOM....hopefully next week would be a better loss.

So, after such a great start, I'm at a standstill. I went to the gym every day this week on my lunch break but also went out for dinner twice with my hubby when we had no kids. I'm so used to eating less salt from preparing my own food at home that I really notice it when I go out to eat !
On a more positive front, I made a pal at work who is going to head over to the same fitness centre I attend at lunch for classes. However, she used to be an ERT leader (we work in Corrections), she's in great shape, she runs a running clinic (apparently she runs 10K at a time and does marathons) and she is going to KICK MY BUTT !!!! I usually drive over to the fitness centre but she wants to run over. No more lazy girl for me ! Anyway, I'm looking forward to it (no, actually I'm kind of nervous, but you have to stay positive)

Chipping away - only lost 0.3 lbs this week. I'm stepping up my exercise this week. Hopefully that will impact my weight more than my appetite????? Glad to see most everyone posting good results. Keep it up!!!

I'm feeling really good this week, starting to get my eating back under control. Also got a new seat for my bike, so I will hopefully be getting out a lot this week (biking also seems to be the best way to tire the dog out too, so it looks like it should be a good week!)

Don't give up. There are always ups and downs. I'm already working on a bad week this week and I know it. I had a cheat day yesterday I went whole hog overboard. I didn't even get on the scale today because I'm afraid the results will be awful. Anyway, I'm going to get back to work on eating right today.
Just look at it like an opportunitey to do well next week. DON'T GIVE UP or GIVE IN though. You were brave in the face of danger to log in with bad news. Good for you. I bet next week will be great if you get back on track now. Good Luck0 -

Right, checking in! I yoyo'ed again this week..on Friday, I was 135.8. Went to a wedding on Friday, an engagement party on Saturday and Sunday out with friends...I'm now 137.6...which is 1lb down from last week. Oh well, it is a lost!

I failed to check in last week so catching up!
Last week I was down to 136.6, overall I lost 2lbs the last 30 days. Honestly, I'm not pleased but I have no one to blame but myself. I've become complacent with my workout and I just need to get back on it again. This week I lost a lb and a bit, definitely happy!
I'm going on a mini break from Wednesday and will be back on Sunday for weigh-ins. I will try to be smart but...it's going to be hard...
