And I'm looking for friends that will help keep me on track! I want tot lose 40lbs or more by September by over all I want this to be my rebirth/ life style change. If any of you have any tips please feel free to express them to me :)

    Welcome, Heather! I have been on MFP for about 6 weeks. My weight has gone up and down, but I find that I am much more aware of what goes into my mouth because I'm tracking it here, and because when I log in it tells me how many days in a row I've logged in. It's a different kind of accountability than I experienced with years of Weight Watchers. If you track EVERY DAY, even the bad days... it makes all the other days easier. I think that rule follows for exercise too!
