Any suggestions for a good inner thigh workout?

My weight loss journey is going well, but I really am feeling impatient about seeing some changes in my inner thighs. :sad: Has anyone had success with an exercise in particular for this area?

I superset pile squats and side lunges. : Saw more definition immediately.0

Try going to a sports supply store and getting a "Bender Ball" You can use it for many exercises that target the inner thigh area. It should come with instructions. I used one for the first time last week and it is FANTASTIC! Good luck hun!0

My trainer gave me a good one the other day! Lay on your back, put your feet in the air, bend your knees at a 90 degree angle, and put a balance ball in between your knees. Squeeze and hold for 5 seconds, repeat 15 times. Alternatively, squeeze and hold for 30 seconds, repeat 3 times. You don't feel like you're doing much, but I definitely felt it the next day!
