Changing weigh in time?

Options
I have been weighing in at nap time because that is when I could do it. But my son is now sleeping later and I can do it in the morning. I know this will have an effect on my weight. Do I change my weight on here to what the scale reads or just adjust for amount of weight lost? I dont want my numbers to take a sudden unrealistic drop.

I'd just weigh in the morning and record it....by this time next week, you'll be weighing at a consistent time, and the scale will "catch up."
You're doing great!!!! Keep at it!

Weighing in first thing in the morning right after waking up and starting your day is actually the most accurate anyway. You have yet to eat or drink or even shower so your body is essentially starting on empty. Weighing in sometime in the middle of the day you have eaten a few meals and snacks by that point which you have digested or burned off yet. Just a thought but with kids and a family you have to consider what’s most convenient for you. I do agree if you change times the scale will catch up.
