Another Newbie!

Found the MFP app on my new phone and thought it would be fun to try. I've done WW in the past but I really can't stand all the point stuff. It works, It's just not for me! I really LOVE the way this ap helps me keep track of more than just calories. After just a few days I was surprised to see that I am staying within my calories but consuming way too much sodium!! Yikes! So for the last 2 days I have really been consintrating on looking at the whole nutritional label and not just the calories! Looking forward to gettting to know some of you!!
