Hello everyone! i have a issue and hoping someone can help.
I am new to MFP and for two days I am so under my calories. First day was 1010 and now today 969.
I worry that being that far under is not good,..but also worry as I do not want to over eat!
Has anyone had this issue??

You should be netting at least 1200. Add a few higher calories snacks to get there as going under consistantly isn't good for your body.0

I am also new to MFP and have not even been on for a week. I've been using it to get used to remembering to enter every food I eat and recording the right serving size for the item listed. Something to think about when you see the serving size as one - but realize it's only 12 crackers - and you may have had closer to 24. Maybe this isn't an issue for you, but something that I noticed when I was way under.0

Just choose some healthy snacks here and there throughout the day. I have a hard time netting 1200 calories after working out.. I still eat 1350-1450 calories a day but my workouts put me under the 1200 net... Man its hard0

Something that know that helps me is I plan my meals a head of time and input them. This way I can see how much of my daily calories my meals are taking up and how much room I have for snacking. Another thing too, take you daily calorie goal and divde it by 4. This will help you see where your meals need to be and help you make a more balanced meal for that amount of calories. (i.e 1200/4 is 300 for 3 meals and a 150 for 2 snacks) And if you dont snack or dont have time for snacking you have the extra calories for meals.0

Aww Heidi your doing good!! I am usually under a few days and then a few days over..it will balance out. If you like cheese..add in that..itll get ya another 100 cals if you do chunks or cottage cheese. Then almonds are a good one. Or even a fiber one bar0
