My weigh ins are Wednesdays I started in mid Jan at 185 lbs. I was down to 181 lbs when I joined on March 14th As of yesterday my weigh in was 171 lbs that is a 1 lb loss from last week.0

My weigh in day is Wednesday. I started three weeks and a day ago and have lost 6 pounds so far.

I just started my diet on Monday, starting weight was 152.8kg. I've already lost 4lbs/1.9 kilos this week. Currently at 150.6kg0

I wish I had better excat numbers!! LOL I weighed myself 2 weeks ago and I was at 128lbs!! YIKES!! Thats a lot for me!!! Im only 5'1" (well almost!) So I got serious starting last Monday 4/11/20111 and too afraid to get on the scale then, so my first weigh in want til 4/15 (friday) and I was 125lbs. I have decided to make my "offical" weigh in day on Monday morning, so I got on the scale today and was 124lbs. so I will update every monday from now on. My first goal is 115lbs by May 28th. Can I do it?? Is it possible??0

My weigh in this week was 232.8.
I was down to 230, as of last week, but I gained 2 pounds, however, I could be gaining muscle, as I am doing cardio, and Jillian 30 day shred exercise.

I honestly think most of that was water weight. I've been chugging water this last week like my life depends on it and since I'm less bloated feeling. Water weight or fat, either way I'll take it!You can totally do it!!
