has anyone needed to go on a candida diet? If so, any tips on sticking to it? From what I understand it is essentially protein and veg.
I have candidias which is affecting my ears predominantly, but I also feel generally yuck.
Any help would be great

I struggled with this a few years ago. Sadly I found the diet very hard. Eliminating all sugars (even fruit to a certain extent) and bread products was very hard.
I found it useful focus on one meal at a time. So at first I focused on creating a breakfast that fit in with the diet as I found that if I at right in the morning it was easier to eat right for the rest of the day.
I used a supplement called threelac which REALLY healped. I also used stevia or xylitol as a sugar replacement.
You can do it and it is so worth it as you feel so much better once you get the candida under control.0
