I am finally getting close to 1200 calories a day.
I don't think I've ever been this proud in my life.
My net has been positive. At least 500 every day.
My metabolism must love me, since I get hungry every two hours now.
And I'm actually feeding my body the right things, and I'm feeding it when it begs for food.
Which, as I said, is every two hours.
My workouts have been a little lighter, since I've been burning too many calories.
I've been getting more sleep, and feeling happier during waking hours.
I'm enjoying the mirror again. I am not afraid of myself near as much as I used to be.
I'm starting to see my food as a tool for my weight loss, not the enemy.
Today is my official weigh-in for the week. I feel lighter.

I'm eating eggs with light bread for breakfast.
Tuna, yogurt, apple, and string cheese for lunch.

I think you have hit the nail on the head with this statement, we all need to take this on board!
It sounds as though you have had a quite a journey, but with this attitude you can only go forward!!

I know just how you feel. Isn't it great to feel good and know that you are fuelling your body with what it needs rather than what you 'want'. :drinker:
