How close are ytou getting to your calorie goal each day?
  • Depending on your workout behavior, I would recommend changing workouts. Shock you body, with something completely new.

Do you ever spike? If you're super close to your calorie goal (or under it) every day, and have been consistently for about 6 weeks or more, you might benefit from a day (or even just a meal) out. Rack up the calories once and then weigh yourself again in a week and you should see a drop.

Do you measure your waist, hips, ect.? It would be a better indication of fat loss than the scale. I just read a post yesterday about a women who hasn't lost a pound but her smaller size fits her now! When I hit a plateau, I changed my workout. Do a different cardio workout. Using different muscles can make all the difference! Good luck!

    Great wisdom here^

Also, your fat loss can appear to stall when in reality it hasn't. Especially considering you are doing lots of cardio which could make you retain water, thus masking any losses.

Completly agree with this!!I find it i have a few treats ect change my workouts so i give my body a shock (as it does get used to what ya doing and then demands that) it usually starts to get moving again!
