This book is about overcoming emotional eating. Has anyone read it, what are your thoughts?

    I just started reading it yesterday. It sounded so familiar, things I've been experiencing...like being on an eternal "diet". I've been trying to lose for years now, but I always seem to screw up because my emotions trigger me to eat. Basically he says that people that struggle with emotional eating feel powerless, but it's not just because the feel like they don't have will-power, it's because in some other aspect of their lives they feel powerless and it carries over to eating. I am only on page 30 of the book, but I am hopeful that it really help me. I will share what I learn as I go.
