Hey Guys...

I am VERY excited I hit my Goal weight - over 30 lbs lost!! :) Starting weight - 186 ( YUCK! ) Currently weight - 150 - yay! Height -5'8 1/2.

Here are my before and after/current. Sorry, current are kind of blurry - my Camera phone blows!

For the first time in my adult life I cannt wait to wear hoochie clothes this summer!!!! :):) Thanks to all my lovely friends for support. Couldnt have done it with out you guys! GO MFP!

I have set another goal for 10 more lbs and MAJOR toning. I would like firmer arms and maybe a 6 pack ( LOL PRETTY SURE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE )

    Great job on the loss. Have you noticed an increase in tips since you've lost the weight? Time to start lifting heavy weights if you haven't already to reach your final goal.

    Thank you ALL!! If I can do it, so can you! took me almost a year to lose the unwated lbs, with alot of ups and downs and alot of cheat days but I made it.
