I am Jessica!

I am determined to take off 125 pounds. I have heart problems knee problems and the weight has got to come off. I am tired of being fta! I have been doing this now for 3 weeks and it has really helped to keep track of my calories. I want to learn new ways.

Looking forward to th day I can say I did it.:wink:

    My daughter showed me this site...and I am trying to get use to it...was using Spark People and Calorie Counter....not sure I like this one yet??

    Hi my name is Pam. I have been struggling with my weight all mt life..I am so determined to finally do something for myself by becoming a healthier person...I had been on Weight Watchers for about 8months and was getting bored with it, I think it was because I had hit a plataue and just couldn't get past it....So I canceled my membership and found this website....I think that trying something different will help....I hope to meet some people on here that has the same types of struggles that I do.....
