Havent lost weight in 3 weeks

I have been on MFP for about 4 weeks. The first weigh in, I lost 8 pounds (yay!) and I have been really good at accounting for everything i have been eating even if I dont know the exact numbers. I am training for a 10K race that is in 2 weeks from today. So, I workout every 2 days. I eat all of my excersise calories. I have been bang on my daily cal goals if not, under for the days. Yet, I have not lost weight for the last 3 weigh ins. (Boo!) oh! and I have been drinking 2 liters of water every day. WTF? I'm going to stay with it, but I feel frusterated. The only thing I can think of is the sodium levels of food that I have eaten. I should have taken my measurements at the begining, that way, I would be motivated by losing inches. *unhappy face*

  • What are you using to calculate calories eaten and calories burned?? some will suggest a HRM to confirm the latter

    Thanks! I have been weighing my food on a digital scale and i do not have a HRM so i am just doing the calculations about cals burned by an online calculator based on my weight and distance, age, and such. I found a HRM at Costco ... maybe I should pick it up.
