Anyone else do tae bo?

I LOVE it been doing it its my choice of exercise when i want to loose weight. Im on week 3. Not seeing any results on the scales but my body is deffo changing. So maybe im gaining muscle i duno.

Just wanted to know if anyone else does this and how much have you lost?

    I love Tae Bo. I used to do it four times a week and i think that's one of the reasons i used to be skinny! it's great cardio and toning!!! Keep it up. I'm starting back up again next week when i move out of my apt and into a house. The people downstairs weren't too happy about me doing it a few times :blushing:
  • Tao Bo is awesome. I do the amped work outs and after a while add weights (ankle/wrist weights) and some hand weights in place of the bar for some of the exercises. I do notice the inches drop off first and then the weight. I've been back on a regular workout schedule since early Feb, have lost almost 9 inches total and 6 lbs. Tracking the inches helps keep me motivated when the scale doesn't chance quickly.
  • I love taebo. Its really the only exercise I can get into. I've been doing it about 3 weeks, but have only lost 2 pounds. I do see my flab getting smaller, but it may just be wishful thinking.

    Wow great responses. yeah im seeing a chamge in my body but not much of a chamge on the scales but that must mean its working eh?

    Ive got the boot camp series and LOVE IT :)
