What tastes good with sweet potato fries?

I baked up some frozen sweet potato fries last week an I am planning on making my own soon.

I love ketchup with regular fries, but the sweet potato fries are already sweet... The ketchup was good but how do you like your sweet potato fries?

Just seasoned and then on their own? I like ranch but thats lots of calories and not worth it.

    put parmesan on them the next time you make them, they're good on their own like that. :)

    I like mine plain, or with fat-free honey mustard (I know, this has a sweet taste as well)

    thanks for the suggestions! I love the message boards. Parmisean sounds great and I will try the honey-mustard, it will give it a mustard kick with a slightly different sweetness.

    This recipe is really yummy :). I made it the other week. I don't think you need to worry about the egg white, it's just there to act as a binder for the spices. And if you're trying to keep tabs on your fat intake you could halve the olive oil quite easily.
