 I am 14 weeks post partum and finally feel strong enough (had a c-section) to start working out and of course start eating healthy! I am starting p90x today so excited to start this new journey.

Great work to both of you!! I took me a year before I ever decided to do something about my baby weight! Good luck to you both!

Still working over here too! Baby boy is 4 months. Also have a daughter who is 6. Have to squeeze in 4:30am workouts but I LOVE it!

Good luck to you!! You can do it. For you and your new family!

I'm almost 8 months down the road. I also had a c-section so it took awhile before I felt like I could really move. I'll also add that I gained 57 pounds while prego and was heavier than I wanted to be when I got pregnant. I'm now about 11 pounds below what I weighed when I got pregnant and really contribute most of that to My Fitness Pal. It's really a great tool! Good luck!

I go to bed between 8 and 9pm. I know, early! But with a baby waking up at least two times a night and then getting up to workout my body is telling me its time to sleep at that point. It is so worth it. I feel awesome the whole day!
