Support in Challenges?

Hi,

Next week I am aiming to start two challenges.

4 Weeks to a Mile - Running
200 Sit-ups (a 6 week schedule BUT no promises for 200)

Basicly, i was wondering if anyone would be out there to do these with me? Or one of them?

I was thinking, we could be friends with each other, talk on the days we do the challenges - be the same day or different. And then at the end of the week look at progress?
