Hi! My name is Nicole, I'm 23 and I live in Eastern Canada.
I started working out regularly/watching what I was eating back in early January, and I've lost 20-30 pounds since then. I've hit a massive plateau though, so I joined some online communities to hopefully get me past it. I have about 45 more pounds that I would like to lose.
