Monday morning here in good, old Germany.
Current weight ... *drumroll* 161.4 lbs. YAY ME! Down 10.8 lbs.
Now, actually that's impossible in only one week, but since I had a very strange weight fluctuation the week before and got rid of it again now, I think I can be very happy.
Hope you all did great and looking forward to see your results.

Okay, My numbers was not great this week, But I worked it hard so maybe next week will be golden. Didn't quite make the 2 pounds but close. Last week was 166.8 this week is 165.2. BUT 2 more ounces and I am back on my ticker.0

Scale is still showing 179...I am increasing exercise from 4 to 5 days as well as increasing from 45 minutes to 1 hour cardio. I think next week will be definitely better.
I am looking forward to reach 2 pounds per week. Even though scale is not showing results I want, I feel very good!!!
