Mid Afternoon Energy slump

Does anyone else have the problem of becoming really tired/lethargic mid afternoon? I eat loads of fresh fruit/veg/salad I also have plenty of protein and carbs. I drink loads of water too. A typical lunch at work would be chicken salad followed by a low fat yogurt(or fat free) and a piece of fruit. Yet nearly every day at about 2.30/3pm I feel exhausted. Does anyone know what I can do to change this?

    Try B complex and D supplement with lunch. It used to hit me between 2 and 4 in the afternoon.

    for me it's around 4pm and I am getting hungry so I eat something small so I can get to Dinner. But I hear you i work from home and there are some afternoons I want a nap!
