Hello everyone, I have started CrossFit into my workout but I cant seem to log it in. CrossFit is a combination of weight training, cardio, gymnastic moves, rope climbing, box jumps, and all the good stuff. Anyone know what the best way to log it in so that the calories burned are somewhat accurate?

I would go online and find out how much per hour Cross fit burns, then enter it into your own exercise datbase.

Definitely circuit training. It has the highest calorie output on MFP that I have tried. You might want to buy a HRM to get your exact calories burned after each workout.0

I agree, my hrm was the best investment when I started workout! $80 well worth the price!0

I don't know if it's accurate because I've never calculated my calories with a heart rate monitor, but this is what I do...
I'm there about an hour, so I split up the entry (depending on what the WOD was) between Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort, and Aerobics, high-impact, and Mild Stretching0 -
Awesome, thanks guys for all your input0
