What tools are you ladies using to calculate your BMI?

I'm pretty sure I could drop into the 130s if I really wanted to, but then again, I have a really curvy frame, and I don't want to lose that aspect of my body. :blushing: I like my hips...0 -

Im 5'7!! -- Current Weight: 146 and my Goal weight is 130:: some people i know my current weight is their goal weight, but people carry weight differently, and mine is ALL in my tummy, so it falls differently for some people. Feel free to add me :-)0

**I may not make it into the 140's at all.. I'm currently a size 8 and I have a larger frame so I don't want to get to thin, I end up looking sickly.0 -

Current weight: 160
Goal weight: 145 but I may reassess once I get to that point and lose a few more pounds. I'll have to see how I look and feel at that point.0 -

I know that is a great amount but I truly believe it can be done. I was 145 when I graduated 14 years ago and was very fit and healthy then. So I know its not an unrealistic dream/goal. I am brand new at this. Did WW last year and lost 15 right out of the gate. Dropped all soda's, drank only water (occasional glass of wine) and ate tons of fruits & veggies. I went on vaca for 2 weeks and gained it all back, plus some. And since then, I have done nothing and have been paying nearly $20 per month. Well...now I am back to lose it for good and for free this time! I need some motivation though!0 -
