Crockpot Curry Chicken

3 chicken breasts bone in skinless
1 container low fat coconut milk
1 container of diced tomatoes
4 - 5 TBS of curry
1 - 2 TBS of minced garlic
1 1/2 cup cubed sweet potatoes
1 medium chopped onion
Place chicken frozen in Crockpot add other ingredients on top.
Cover and cook on low all day Serves 6 - 8
Max calories 253 per serving.
Easy and nutritious

    I used 3 large bone-in breasts, skin off... It will serve 6 people easily... I hope you all enjoy... my house is smelling yummy right now!

    ya know, I'm not sure. The initial recipe didn't specify. I just assumed it was curry powder. its what I had readily available so its what I used. Now you have been second guessing myself. I hope it turns out right.
