HI I am new been on the program 5 days now and having a hard time have lost 2 pounds yay me at 1700 cals a day but am hungrey all the time i see other ppl having so much less intake and doing good is there anything i can do to help this

Hi & welcome! Congratulations on losing 2 pounds in 5 days, that's awesome! As for being hungry, you could have some low calorie snacks between meals. Just be sure your meals leave some snacking room. That way if you get hungry you'll still have room in your daily calorie allowance to snack. Also drinking water really does help, I have at least a full glass before all my meals, and during.0

I agree with the other poster, drinking a full glass of water before any meal makes you feel fuller. It's been only 5 days, so the further you go on the easier it'll get! Congratulations on losing 2 pounds in 5 days (amazing!)!0
