Lost 4kg so far and have another 21kg to go.

I am very hungry at the moment and fighting it as per usual by writing and listening to music oh and drinking water :sad:

I am very proud of myself as i am out of the 80kg zone and now into the 70's - yes today i made it finally to 79kg :laugh:

Mixed emotions going on here but thats the way it is.

I would like to make friends here so please feel free to add me or reply to this post.

    I'm right at 180lbs and I have been for 2 weeks, I can't wait to get under. That's about 81.5kg. I feel ya. Feel free to add me! I'm always looking for more like minded people -- even if I have to convert from the metric system ;) It keeps me on my toes. At least you aren't measuring in "stone"... that one always throws me.
