The Horrible Results Of Vaction Eating!!! *with pics*

Ha! Got you all with that headline, didn't I? I just returned from vacation, and I just wanted to show you all the REAL results that come from two weeks of dietary indiscretion. Your vacation doesn't have to be a time of calorie counting and scurrying around to look for a local gym in fear of "shriveling up". You CAN take time off and have a great time without losing a thing.
My trip had two long haul flights (24+hrs per) with several plane changes/layovers, several long train rides, and a lot of questionable local street food (some of which I am sure would cause PETA to s**t themselves if they were in the states!) Honestly I still have no idea what half of the crap I ate was, but as they say "When in Rome"...
Here are the before and after pictures to prove my point:

So, how did I actually maintain my body while under such conditions?
- I made sure to drink 1.5 gallons of water a day. (I don't generally drink any other liquids, so this was easy in the tropical heat.)
- I spent most of my mornings scuba diving, snorkeling, or hiking to somewhere. (I was very active, but I didn't "exercise" once.)
- I only ate two meals a day, one small meal mid-afternoon, and one large meal at night. (This is how I eat at home as well. None of my food was counted and I ate whatever I felt like.)
The bottom line, If you keep a level head and keep your body moving, you'll have no problems! Do what you enjoy and take it easy. Layoffs are a GOOD thing.
*P.S. - Tinypic was being a prick, had to reupload . lol
