brussel sprouts you might just love

I made these for dinner tonight I made alot to feed a lot of people. you can adjust amounts to fit what you want :)

2 bags of Krogers frozen brussel sprouts
1 medium sweet onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp veg oil
2 Tbsp oscar mayer bacon bits ready to eat
mrs dash garlic herb to taste
1 cup of water

put oil in skillet. add garlic and onion saute till starting to get tender add bacon bits and brussels sprouts
stirring to coat with all the flavors. add water cover and cook til color becomes bright green. Remove the lid
sprinkle with mrs dash and cook until all liquid is gone

So yummy Never liked brussel sprouts til I tried this

    :laugh: i totally agree - bacon makes everything taste goood!

    they are also good roasted (or stovetop in cast iron skillet) w/ olive oil, scallion and lime juice :love: :smooched:

    This sound yummy! I eat brussel sprouts a LOT and I love them right out of the steamer, plain. This sounds like something I would eat as lunch with some added laughing cow cheese YUMMY!

  • if you use fresh sprouts cut an X into the stem end....
