8 months and -39 lbs! Progress with pics =)

I know that when I started on MFP, seeing progress pics and before & afters really kept me motivated. I took a few pictures for my 33rd birthday and compared them to pictures from my 32nd birthday. It has been 8 months (but actually 6 months because I took a 2 month break due to a family emergency) and I have lost 39.4 lbs! My actual birthday is Wednesday and I hope to get the 0.6 lbs gone by then. If not, I know it will happen next week and that is close enough for me =)

Here is me on my 32nd birthday in April 2010:

    Girl you look amazing. Good work. 4 dress sizes and almost 40 pounds down is an amazing achievement. Enjoy your birthday loads and make sure you accept every compliment because you are certainly very deserving

    The visual realization of what almost 40 lbs. gone looks like is so powerful. The blue dress is totally falling off of you.......and in only 8 months. Congratulations and thanks for posting the pics.

    Here is a pic from my actual birthday...since the dress is pink, you can see more of a difference. This is size 8 in H&M!!! I would have never worn a dress like this in the past.
