Good ol' English brew!

I love tea so much. I drink it with unsweetened soya and half a teaspoon of sugar each cup. I have about 3-4 cups a day... most days.
Is this too much? Should I cut down?

I say nope not too much and don't cut down if you enjoy it. I have two cups a day sometimes more with one spoon of sugar. My husband has 3 milk no sugar.0

I am a tea-aholic also however for em personally i had to cut down as I was drinking up to 10 cups a day and 5 cups of coffee. I have quit coffee (which is bloody hard) and have cut down on tea to 3 cups a day and am drinking pints of water the rest of the time.
SO I would say keep drinking your tea, it is doing you no harm and tastes lovely.0 -
i dont think thats excessive at all0

I love tea!! I just make sure to drink enough water to offset the dehydrating effects of the caffeine:) If I use a vanilla soy milk, it's sweet enough for me without sugar, but if I still want a little somethin somethin for sweetness, I use a sweetener like Truvia to cut down on calories (I generally only bust out the zero-calorie sweeteners in the wintertime when I'm drinking 4-5 cups of tea a day... the real sugar calories add up!)0

my only question is about when you have your tea, is it with meals or inbetween? i ask because if it's inbetween, you are risking tooth decay due to the frequency of sugars attacking your teeth0 -
I drink tea without adding sugar or milk. Sometimes I'll make chai and then i use stevia, although chai with (lots) of sugar is just better. And in winter i'll make tibetan butter tea, but that's a meal in its own right.0
