Hi all. My name is Kate and I'm a 31 year old shiftworker from Australia. I've been on the site for a month or so and have made a few friends but am keen to have a few more to help motivate me in the final stage of my weight loss before I move into the maintenance stage. I have a serious back injury so I would be especially keen to hear from anyone in the same boat.

Shift work is tough. I work 12 hour overnight shifts 3 days a week as a nurse so I TOTALLY understand! I will add you...can always use extra motivation and support! Best of luck!

I'm hoping to move into maintenance mode in a week or two and would love to add some more friends who are at this point as well as any other Aussies, shiftworkers, people with back injuries or those in their early 30s.
