Hi. I've been kidding myself about my weight for a long time now but in the back of my mind, I've known all along that
I look and feel fantastically better when I'm at my bantam weight.
So, I joined myfitnesspal and I hope I can keep on target.
I really want to get back into sports the most and if I can do that one thing, I
know I'll feel a LOT better about a lot of things.

    Good luck to you. I think this is going to be a really helpful tool for weight loss and I hope we can be friends and help motivate each other. I've only been doing this for a week. It's probably gonna be the hardest thing I ever do considering I have to lose 150 pounds. How much do you have to lose?
