Hi

I Wanted to know what are your favorite low fat or no fat chocolate snacks/sweets?? Any ideas....

  • Trader Joe's 100 Calorie Dark Chocolate bars -- individually wrapped so you don't cheat hehe but still a little bit sweet. Only downside there's 5 of them and pretty pricey but they satisfy the chocolate hunger

    - Dove caramel promises - 40 cals each. I bought these in February when I was just started and craving chocolate and I'm very proud to say there is still one in the bag at home!
    - Special K chocolately bars - around 90 cals I think.
    - Individually wrapped nougat - 30 something cals each and the ingredients list says 50% almonds, so I think these are not too bad for a treat (I know the other half is processed sugar but I can live with 15 cals of that!)

I have to agree with the Twinkies:) I've also become a HUGE fan of greek yogurt. All the flavors taste sinful to me!

I love a 1/2 Thomas' 100 cal english muffin with a 1/2 serving of Nutella -- eat it warm & it tastes like an ooey-gooey choc chip cookie without the guilt!

late to reply but fat free natural yoghurt with a spoonful of sugar free hot chocolate powder mixed in is fat free and very very low in cals. I know sweeteners aren't healthy but if your more bothered by cals like I am atm it's perfect, tastes like cake mix. Really nice with strawberries.
  • Kudos makes 100 calorie snickers granola bars!!! taste close enough to a snickers to me to itch that candy bar scratch :)
